Velarre strives to ship your orders quickly and reliably. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

You can track your package directly using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

International Charges

Most orders are not subject to additional import charges. However, customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply depending on the destination country and local regulations.

Where applicable, these charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Issues

We will work with our shipping partners to help locate your package and provide you with an update.

For packages that are confirmed as lost or damaged during transit, we will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
